Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills, problem solving and negotiation skills; ability to communicate both orally and in writing in an authentic and straightforward manner and model effective teamwork. Must have strong attention to detail. Previous Division Manager experience required.
Function:The Retail Division Manager wil be responsible for: conducting regular developmental sessions with branch managers, monitoring activity goals, managing pipeline and sales goals, keeping people focused on results and execution, and effectively managing change. You will be required to combine day to day management team development along with long term strategic planning. Will proactively promote and develop a high performance culture to enable team members to maximize their potential.

Function:The Title Examiner will: Compile information from public records and indexes, reviewing documents from name and property searches, determining the effect of each; Analyze documentation such as deeds, deeds of trust/mortgages, easements, judgments, tax assessments and data, probates, and other applicable instruments for encumbrances, ownership and vesting purposes; Review and examine residential property of moderate to advanced complexity and making decisions regarding the status of title or to establish chain of title; and Write title reports from searched data, monitoring turn-around time standards and forwarding to Closing Branch through order tracking.
