Function:The Chief Information Officer (CIO) will be responsible for providing vision and leadership in the continuing development and implementation of the information technology (IT) program. The CIO will direct and manage computing and information technology strategic plans, policies, programs and schedules for business and finance data processing, computer services, network communications, consumer facing internet presence, communication lines and management information services to accomplish corporate goals and objectives in an effective and cost beneficial manner.

Function:The Default Servicing Manager will manage the operations of the Loan Counseling, Loss Mitigation, Foreclosure/Claims and REO Departments for a servicing portfolio of 110,000+ loans

Responsibilities will include:
•Disseminating best practices and providing support to Loan Counseling, Loss Mitigation, Foreclosure/Claims and REO departments
•Keeping abreast of new laws, rules and technologies and communicate the implications for the company to management
•Identifying and assessing industry trends and issues; reports to senior to determine impact for company
•Serving as subject matter expert of regulatory policies
•Managing a service-oriented customer focused Default Servicing function to allow for efficiency, quality and excellent customer service
•Evaluating overall operations and recommend enhancements
•Managing relationships, costs and risks for: investors, attorneys, vendors

Must have current experience with escrow functions, HUD, and recording practices by state

This includes: analyzing account histories to prepare breakdown of assessed fees and charges; assisting in Proof of Claim referral preparation; assisting in applying payments to loans in bankruptcy as necessary; answering calls from mortgagors and attorneys; communicating with Investors and sending requested status updates or notices.

Skills:The position requires that the employee be familiar with the basic concepts, practices and procedures within the title insurance field; have a basic understanding of title insurance and related services. The employee must have effective communications skills, both verbal and in writing, and be able to use those verbal skills in the use of a multi line phone system.
Function:The Escrow assistant will assist the Branch Manager/Escrow Officer in the closing of title insurance transactions. Duties will include, but not be limited to the opening of orders in Ramquest, requesting payoff information, copying loan and policy packages, answering the phone, and following the escrow officer’s instructions relative to the completion of the file.

The job requires: proficient written and verbal communication skills; intermediate math skills; intermediate knowledge of electronic communications and computer skills; basic office skills; an ability to learn new systems, policies, and procedures quickly; versatility and an ability to adapt quickly. The applicant must display outstanding communication skills, an ability to empathize, and build rapport with homeowners.
Any experience or education in customer service, mortgage loan administration, mortgage payment processing, escrow accounts management including analysis, fee auditing, account information editing collateral change requests, assumptions, payoffs, specific escrow item management, credit reporting, property insurance claims, loan administration regulation and guideline compliance, default servicing and/or high volume call center experience is encouraged/preferred; and a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be capable of answering more than one hundred calls or secure messages per day.

Bilingual verbal and written communication skills are preferred, but not required.
Function:The Mortgage Services Representative will provide prompt, professional, and responsive service to homeowners regarding their mortgage accounts. Specific job duties may include escrow analysis, loss draft processing, and/or credit dispute response.

Excellent interpersonal telecommunication skills, sales ability, and time management skills are mandatory for success. Special consideration available for bi-lingual loan officers (Spanish). All candidates must be prepared to demonstrate skills as required above.
Function:These Loan Officers will interact with credit unions and their members, nationwide, answer their inquiries, take their loan applications, and facilitate the entire mortgage process in conjunction with our support staff. Loan Officers must be able to establish and meet personal production goals on a monthly basis.
