Colonial National Mortgage Opens New Office in McKinney, Texas
FORT WORTH, TEXAS, February 17, 2005 -- Colonial National Mortgage, a division of Colonial Savings F.A. and one of the nations largest originators of residential mortgages, has opened a new office at 2530 West White Avenue, Suite 200, in McKinney, Texas. The McKinney branch is the companys twentieth nationwide. C.J. Winchester, a top producing loan officer, serves as Sales Manager of the branch. She is joined by Loan Officers Connie Griffin, Elaine Belcher, Bill Merritt, Terry Wynn, and Denise DiMasso. Tiffany King serves as Loan Processor for the group.
Colonial National Mortgage offers more than 150 different loan products, including conventional, VA, FHA, adjustable rate, conventional and unique single close construction loans. Automated, onsite underwriting, processing and closing services are provided as well as retained servicing on approximately 98% of all loans originated by the company.
According to Mark Dennis, vice president of National Retail Production for Colonial National Mortgage, the new McKinney office represents part of the companys overall strategic plan to provide customers with a higher level of service and a wider selection of loan products at the most competitive rates. "Colonial National is privileged to already have a large number of customers in the McKinney area. The new branch will enhance our ability to provide mortgage services to both current and new customers in one of the fastest growing areas in the country."
