Colonial National Mortgage Adds District Manager in DFW Area, Two New Loan Officers at Southlake Branch
October 2, 2002 -- Colonial National Mortgage, a division of Colonial Savings, announced today that a new district manager has joined the company along with two new loan officers at the Southlake branch located at 410 N. Carroll Avenue.
Sharon Reitzell is District Manager for Colonial National Mortgages Southlake and Lewisville branches. Reitzell joins Colonial from Chase Manhattan Mortgage , where she was Tarrant County Region Manager. Reitzell brings more than twenty-five years of experience in residential mortgage lending and real estate to her new position, in which she will have responsibility for loan origination, sales management, and training.
An alumnus of Midwestern University in Wichita Falls, Reitzell has been an instructor in real estate and mortgage finance at Southern Methodist University and Brookhaven College.
Also joining the staff of the Southlake Office as Loan Officers are Michelle Schauer and Lance White.
Michelle Schauer has more than 17 years experience in mortgage loan origination, most recently with the Henry S. Miller Company. She has an extensive background in branch start-up and operations, and has been named one of the Top Originator for seven consecutive years with her previous employer.
Lance White comes to Colonial National from another area mortgage company, where he was manager. Prior to entering the mortgage industry, he was partner and vice president of operations with a custom homebuilding company. A graduate of the University of North Texas with a BBA in real estate, White is a member of the National Association of Homebuilders, Greater Fort Worth Homebuilders Association, and the Dallas Homebuilders Association.
